Die PCK-Raffinerie in Schwedt gehört mehrheitlich deutschen Tochterunternehmen des russischen Öl-Konzerns Rosneft. Dieser wird nun von US-Sanktionen belegt, was die Bundesregierung und den Standort in der Uckermark in die Bredouille bringen könnte. Eine Lösung schien gefunden. Doch ein neues Dokument aus den USA wirft Fragen auf.
